Mr. Jensen has 30 plus years of experience serving in financial leadership roles for manufacturing organizations in the semiconductor, renewable energy, electronics and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Jensen was formerly CFO of SoloPower Systems, Inc. and has previously held CFO positions for SolarWorld Industries of America, Advent Solar, Jazz Semiconductor, and AMI Semiconductor. Working for companies ranging in size from start-ups to major corporations. He has been instrumental in facilitating growth, building financial teams, raising capital and developing integrated reporting systems. He has also facilitated financial transactions that include various forms of bank debt, bond offerings and public equity offerings. His other expertise includes acquisitions, internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley), international business and taxation.

Mr. Jensen graduated from Brigham Young University with bachelor and masters degrees in Accounting and is a CPA. He begins his role with VIA as of August 10, 2020.

Dr. Caussat has a PhD in Electrical Engineering and 30+ years of automotive experience. He is heralded as a talent extraordinaire in drive line technology, systems engineering, simulation, controls strategy, and process management. He has participated in 3 electric drive start-ups.
