What am I getting with this order?

This is a reservation guaranteeing your place on a waiting list for the first consumer vehicles produced by VIA Motors.  Once we receive your deposit, you will be assigned a specific vehicle production number.

When will my vehicle be ready?

While production schedules may change, consumer deliveries are anticipated to begin in 2013.  We will keep you updated from time to time with engineering updates, videos, and other information.  As your vehicle nears production, we will contact you to verify your order details, quote a final price with your selected options, process your final payment and arrange vehicle delivery details.

What happens after I place a reservation?

Can I withdraw my reservation?

You can withdraw your reservation at any time up until the date of delivery, but you must do so in writing.  In withdrawing, your place in the queue will be forfeited and you must begin again if you want another reservation.  Any monies deposited will be refunded within 30 days of written notification of withdrawal.  For questions regarding reservation withdrawal or refund status, you may contact us at sales@viamotors.com or call us at 801-764-9111.

Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

You may transfer your reservation to another person up until the time of delivery; however, this must be done in writing and will not be effective until the person to whom your reservation is transferring makes financial arrangements in his/her own name.  However, once your reserved vehicle is in production, the final vehicle options you selected will remain and transfer as-is; only delivery details can be changed once your vehicle is in production.

How do I become a fleet customer?

To qualify for the fleet production, a minimum order of 50 vehicles is required.
